I just saw where the OPEC countries are going to restrict gas production by two million barrels per day. Sounds like a crisis in the making? I’m glad our forefathers were thoughtful enough to build a strategic petroleum reserve, but wait. Mr. Biden has released more oil from the strategic oil strategic petroleum reserve that all previous presidents combined with no crisis in sight. He has released more than 30% of the reserve to simply pad his approval rating for the midterm elections.

The strategic oil reserve was built to shelter the citizens of United States from the shock of oil shortages. Shortages such as Desert Storm, Hurricane Katrina and periodic shortages created by OPEC.

The largest oil shortage we face in the USA is created by Mr. Biden’s war on oil. We have the largest oil and natural gas reserves in the world yet it remains in the ground. Mr Biden has leased fewer acres for oil production than any president since World War II. Oil and gas producers that bought leases years ago and have invested in developing them are in limbo for months or years. While the price of oil continues to climb Mr. Biden shifts the blame to oil companies and gas stations.
